I am gonna be writing a lot a lot a lot today. I have an "interview" doc (lots of questions that you answer in the voice of the character) and a couple of other development pages for characters.
Your entire book could be trash but if your characters are solid, who cares?
@Miffy If the characters are good, I would read/watch/listen to them just sitting around watching paint dry lol

...now I almost want to see a bit of media where the chracters actually sit around and watch paint dry and it centres around their interactions (how they relate to eachother, what they talk about and how)
and chracters shown by actions (how they sit, what ticks do they have while sitting bored ect) as opposed to a traditional plot.
@guerrillarain imo, good chracters can carry a poorer plot.
But a good plot can’t carry boring chracters :0
