Office buildings and some residential buildings have super intense fire and life safety systems in place to keep you alive:
- duct/smoke detectors
- sprinklers
- audible alarms/flashing strobes
- fire panels

If you will notice, there will be extinguishers and maps throughout the area as well.

Nobody pays attention to these but they should.
