So, part of my job, I have to do fire drills to make sure that people know what to do and where to go and keep everyone alive

and there was one client that basically had one person leading everyone out of the building and to their safe spot and another group of people making sure no one got left behind

and then they just checked in with me today to see how they did and wanting feedback

my eyes are watering

they actually want to keep people alive

and take their jobs seriously
