@pnathan I work with a lot of different contractors for my job and everyone is unionized (rightly so) except for us 😭😭 and we're required to use companies that have union workers but we ourselves are a million years from ever getting a union
@guerrillarain I've come to suspect that software developers' salaries are an anomaly—capitalism tries to optimize them down, but they resist.
Everyone who keeps the fires burning, in any capacity, should get paid at least that much.
