me: I think we should do X. It's good for us, good for our clients, good for our clients' clients, good for the environment, and the cost return is so great it more than pays for itself within a month.
@Filene ughhhh it's SO ANNOYING. we have like a million ideas that would make this place amazing but she (my boss is she*) shuts them down without even INVESTIGATING if it's a good idea just because she doesn't want to. And we never learn why.
@guerrillarain I always say of every new management policy or decision that it's a stupid idea, because if it was a good idea WE'D be coming to THEM with it, and they'd say no.
