I tried drinking water to make my depression and anxiety chill the fuck out, but then I felt even worse for failing at it, because it felt like the bare minimum a human being should do. DEFINITELY didn't help with my inner "Am I even real? Am I even human?" monologue.

@guerrillarain @bea matching the inner misery with some outer (i.e. hunger, thirst) helps me working through it to be quite honest. I wouldn't know if this is generally recommendable, though 😕
