@bea I usually take it with a lot of milk or syrup so it isn't as strong and when I've had too much I try to drink lots of water. flat out just can't have cold brew, though.
I've actually gotten more into the habit of drinking herbal tea or hot chocolate in the evenings, which helps

@gravezwave some people have had good results with theanine so that could be a thing to try. i'm pretty sure that's why it's in the coffee version of soylent, cause one of those things has 150mg of caffeine
