I remember I first discovered all of this nonsense because I just wanted to look up some cute alien art on pinterest once and instead I stayed up until like 2 am yelling at my friends about conspiracy theories
@lycaon I wasn't actually familiar with time cube but wow it looks like the og one of these conspiracy accounts. the way it's formatted and the style of writing is pretty much exactly how all the rest of these people write. time zones being a global conspiracy is a new one to me though, that's a fun one.
@gravezwave omg i'm so glad i got to introduce someone to time cube
i love it so much
@gravezwave @lycaon somehow there is a large superset of people who can't grasp the concept of a sphere larger than a cathedral dome
flat earth society, time cube, moon denial, sun denial, and somehow, chemtrails
@gravezwave @lycaon I once heard some people believe the sun is not a collosal ball of fire, but a relatively small warm disc of light pointed at the earth
@gravezwave @lycaon I assume, yes
@Efi @gravezwave yeah that's part of the flat earth "theory", it's their response to using shadows to prove that the earth is round because you can get the same results by having the sun be just a few hundred miles away and really small
@gravezwave @Efi similarly: flearthers don't believe in gravity (newtonian or einsteinian), instead they believe that the flat earth is just accelerating upwards at 9.8m/s^2, which is fucking *hilarious*
@gravezwave @Efi yep! it's fucking incredible!
@lycaon @gravezwave physics are fake, so why would there be a limit?
@lycaon @gravezwave I bet greek technology was fake too
@gravezwave how do you feel about time cube
