@Hiraelle I mean, medically speaking and depending on how long after death he was resurrected... it might be possible? still an unfortunate premise.
@Hiraelle I feel like the author is also not taking into account all the drawbacks of a permanent erection, such as gangrene. there's a reason you're not supposed to have one lasting longer than four hours, the blood doesn't circulate.
