I would take such pride in being seen as scary. There's an absolutely terrifying woman on my row at work, and she's basically my hero for it.

@gracie fuck I feel this. There's so many times where people legit don't care that good work isn't being done or isn't on track.

Sometimes shouting & swearing works. I'm not the.. easiest to work with. I expect a lot from the people I teach. And yet people I work with end up really proud of what they accomplish.

i feel maternal about it (but then i have issues around that)
