@Sylvhem your swap is enormous, you could happily give up most of that and grow your root partition; I'd drop that into the free space, carve out a new 20Go root partition, clone your existing root to that then drop it as well, make a smaller swap out of what's left and the rest free for windows or whatever (opt looks big, too, but shrinking a populated fs is a bit riskier)
