The usual End of Year Thing is to ask what you accomplished.
But on birbsite that's usually kinda oddly competitive and makes me feel bad. Did I match that?, did I waste my year? etc
So Masto, what did you learn about yourself this year?
Mine is that I learned that I'd been stuck in panic-mode for a while.
I've started regarding the time it takes me to make decisions as a lot more precious.
I've made conscious efforts to think about reframing situations to give myself more time where I need it, and ignored people who tried to implicitly pressure me into answering.
