it seems like every single job listing platform is shifting away from showing listings for applicants and instead just having u make a profile for recruiters to look at which like most places don't do that and you can tell these sites were made by tech ppl who are only thinking about the tech world and are heavily geared towards pushing you to working for tech giants and they only pretend it's for other industries to grow market share
