Amaroq for iOS just added better scrolling and support for custom emoji, which makes it much more pleasant to use. Especially the former - now you don’t lose your place on the timeline whenever new toots come in.

(Even so, I wouldn’t trade London for anywhere rural. I grew up in the country and... nope. Short breaks only.)
