@ghost_bird They do use yeast. And you can use either cow's milk or cashew milk, apparently, depending on your dietary needs. Gluten free baking can be very hard, and different flours are best for different types of cooking - I'm not actually sure what's best for rolls. Probably a blend.

@lemurchild Should be a bit softer than rolls, I think. But given that I can’t get the full-gluten kind consistently right yet...
