I've turned on my oven for the first time and clearly the last tenant cleaned the oven before they left because... it smells like burning washing up liquid... Urgh. :( How do I deal with that, can I just let the oven burn off the smell??

@cassolotl It should burn off in time, though you might want to be careful what you cook in there until it does. You could try running the oven at a higher setting than you normally use for half an hour or an hour to burn the worst off.
