have some leftover egg whites from a cake I made
making meatballs for a dinner party tonight and thinking about adding the egg whites to the meat even though my recipe doesn't call for them???
is that a bad idea? I'm not adding breadcrumbs for reasons.
@Maenad Should work if there aren’t too many. There are certainly meatball recipes that include an egg.
