Why can some people just write super long toots?? Are there other limits on other instances??
@nikita Yes, basically. Here on witches.town the limit is 666 characters, but there are a few instances with limits of 2000 characters or more.

@nikita Ultra-long toots are considered discourteous, though. Which is kinda anarchist.
(I tend to side-eye instances with enormous character limits because it suggests they're for sealions and people who love to hold forth.)
