@Morgane @Eve in my experience this was mostly from cis people making you feel undatable if you don't have a certain body configuration.

@Eve @Morgane also one big piece of advice don't let others make you want to change your body unless it feels right for you.

@nire me too I want totally sure I was doing the right thing after HRT. I think maybe I should of waited longer before lower surgery, but it turned out really well anyway.

I still feel that tug from internalised transphobia telling me that rushing changes is wrong and I shouldn't advise people to do what I did.

@Morgane @Eve it does take also take things as fast (this needs empathising because people mostly will want to slow you down) or slow as you feel comfortable.
