@spiderrobotpig i dont like the word allo, because it implies that being sexual necessarily confers privilege - it doesnt. as a lesbian, as a woman, as a trans person, i am persecuted explicitly because of my relationship to sex.
being sexual is not a privilege for anyone other than straight people.
On that note, providing emergency/weekend fostering for kids is honestly one of the best things you can do to help the marginalised. You're helping out parents and families who are in a difficult situation, or giving the carers of disabled children (normally women) a short-lasting but much needed break. It's one of the most direct and effective ways you can help people in need and it's something I plan on doing when I have some more stability in my life, and you should consider it too.

@fxck It's also not a valid defense against socisl backlash at all. People need to realize it's a legislative doctrine. Society needs to police itself against harmful ideologies. Finding these supposed loopholes is how fascism survives and garners sympathizers.
