Things I have successfully done today:
- left the house!
- checked the mail
- bought actual food, inc. fresh veg
- genuinely smiled at people
I've been on stress leave from my job since 16 Oct. For the most part, this has been a most excellent thing. I need to remember that even "small" accomplishments are wins, because some days leaving the house can make me panic and some days I want to sleep like a cat. So, overall, today was a GOOD DAY so far. Now, I'mma go make chili.
