the german constitutional court has decided:
Binaire gender norm is iligitim.
Until 2018 the law maker need to adapt until now ignored gender roles.
It has to be a positive expression.
...not being cis, is not a gender..
It started with an inter-sex person who wanted to change how to be registerd.
A chromosome analyses proofed that they were neither men, nor women.
They went through all instances and lost, until the consitutional court.
@paulfree14 either they introduce a positive option for inter* people or they stop storing information about sex/gender altogether
