@CalmBit Better: "*leaning* tower of duct tape"
@CalmBit I keep saying, there should be a term for bugs which, once discovered, make it impossible to understand why the code worked before.
My goal today is to get up to 223 glyphs, covering all of both the Basic Latin and Latin-1 Supplement categories. I'm using it in Eclipse now, and verified that all ligatures work except those containing gt/lt <>. I think the main hurdle for code readability now is that it's a very light font, stem:x-height is almost exactly 1:7, while "normal" is like 1:6-1:5.5. Aesthetically I like light fonts, but I'm realizing the combination of light + monospace is hurting me.
@HTHR What just happened? I dislike visual novels and I *loved* that demo :o
@LottieVixen Megaman, 1987, for the NES
@HTHR I have no idea what you're talking about, but based on the name I like it already
@LottieVixen This is tricky. The original Megaman X was *extremely good*, but the later X's ramp up really far in difficulty. The ZX games *start* super hard. Might want to just start at the beginning?
@literallyfenic Like a stack trace for words
@literallyfenic If you could point out a few of the letters that are giving you trouble, and maybe which parts, it'd help out a lot
More font progress. Also pictured: I love fairy floss. Fairy floss all the things.

Okay, I really like OpenType
@SpankyWorks That one took me forever, too. I was probably sitting there at the end of CD going "....wait."

Looking for reccommendations: multiplayer PC (preferably linux-friendly) base-building or voxel games. Examples: Minecraft (of course), Astroneer, Empyrion, Starmade. Seems like there's a lot coming off the presses, not all of it polished. On the polished end of things, how good is Fortnite? The character designs make it seem... extremely good.
