i'm gonna put my time where my controller is and play my guitar like i've been inspired to do by atelier sophie, the greatest game ever (i don't actually feel THAT effusive about it but it is inspiring me to do some guitar practice! hooray!)

@fae it's very good otherwise imo; it has a few issues with not giving you enough direction, i think, but it's got a really cheerful world, a pretty cool crafting system, and great character design
@fae it's got all the fun of a game made by japanese developers and set in renaissance germany which is a lot of fun if you've encountered that kinda thing much in the past
also there's a big church in the town and sometimes people are just like "make sure to pray every day!" and i just encountered a thing where a party member was like "hey why aren't yyou coming to church every week" and that part was a little weird.

@fae overall i would say: it's one of those games that gives me ghibli movie feels of "i'm bummed that i don't live in a universe and timeline where this can be my life"
@fae there is a piano which, if you interact with it regularly, you will eventually (after like 10 days of playing it in game) get better at it, and thats the only connection with music
