Turns out that joint was laced with cardboard and blue cheese. They're callin' it Cowboy Boys.

Last night we had fruit punch at a party, and my girlfriend was very confused about why it's the word "punch"... so today we looked it up, and it turns out that because punch is originally a colonial import from india, "punch" is a loan word from sanskrit meaning "5", referring to the five ingredients used to make it. TIL.

"GO EASY ICE BEAM"
is the definition of "in" right now.

Coffee isn't free (3€ for a double espresso). Tickets were like 400€... Now I'm starting to doubt that lunch is included.

I'm at the conference "Data Natives" in Berlin. 'For the data driven generation' is their tagline (wut?). It's a lot about AI, health tech, natural language processing, etc. There's lots of businesses and founders, and my coworkers and I are all feeling like special snowflake developers around all the business people who want devs.

My company gave me a ticket and the subjects are to my interests, but it's really fancy and corporate. Will probably be posting updates about it.

i can dismiss it. but ya google really needs to body sense me. i have no clue what convenient features i could gain from giving up my body sensor info, but i dont fucking want it

The blogosphere suddenly became aware of the existence of Intel ME "spying at you" to paraphrase some catchy titles. If some authors seem to discover that technology, the truth is it is here for almost 10 years!

So, in order for you to make your own educated opinion, I tried to summarize the facts concerning Intel ME and the current state of the community knowledge about that technology.

Also a framework in javascript would work well, i can post it on my github and have the students download and run it locally. i don't have time or resources to host anything myself now, so online or local is ideal

does anyone know about a software that one can write examinations in, that is specifically for testing students programming knowledge/practice? also i want to be able to write the tests, so premade tests aren't what i'm looking for

the thing is i want to give my students a test, and have automated grading, and would be glad if the software wasn't just for basic tests but could also evaluate and test the output of code.

thank you :)

me at work: talks all the time about my girlfriend
