would wayne gretzky be as good against the goalies of today? i dont think he would have nearly as many goals. in the highlight reels, i cant deny he has grace, but goalies today are so much more disciplined and don't flail around like they did in the 80s. Like, they barely ever drop to a butterfly back then, and they stay so vertical as the puck comes closer.

Using "protecting women" and "feminism" as a way to project hatred of people of color/refugees... it's not just for right wingers. It's a pretty common thing around me for some reason, particularly around "feminist" people in the tech scene. i dont want to hear your anecdote of a sexually abusive refugee unless you want to hear my anecdote that leads me to the conclusion that all white people are literal trash who should be sent to a warzone to their deaths.

@Sylvhem and Germans pronouncing 'v' in English... Usually comes out as an English 'w' but ya often there's some confusion with conjugation of some verbs in the past or stuff like that but that stuffs hard we mess it up too. 'snuck? Sneaked? Snooked?'

@hypolite I teach people the casual or slang way to use language, but they bring out words like permeable when I'm saying 'it can go thru'

Second language English speakers are so much better at complicated English vocabulary than me.
