i feel like i cant and wont use masto today, because theres so much neglect for cws regarding a super heavy topic, that its not comfortable for me. im not the only one. we use this platform because these tools are available. i know for me, having the option to only open these posts if i can handle it is something that would make me able to use masto right now...
@eribloodlust Sorry about that, there's only so much a platform can do to prevent their users from hurting. Ultimately, part of the power lies in the users' hands, by their choice of wording and their consideration for their readership in general.
