Question: ways to develop in python on a chromebook?? please help :)

meeting a friend today to teach her about data analysis in python, but she has a chromebook and i dont want to put linux on it (plz dont rec linux -_-) need to be able to install pip packages. she has a desktop whixh can run it, but since we are meeting in a cafe she is bringing her notebook.
