google is peak performative allyship: they systematically discriminate against poc, women, disabled, and old people to the point where they are enabling many types of violence, from wealth inequality, to destruction of communities, to sexual violence... yet outwardly they claim to support diversity, and will proudly and publicly fire low rung white men who hurt that image while doing nothing about structural oppression.
