I'm actually struggling to keep my head up at work, but I slept seven hours..

I think I'm gonna stop taking quetiapine, it seems to be really messing me up on this state. Like I've been on it four months, this is clearly not going away. :(

I'd like to pretend I'm like super serious and stuff.

But realistically I'm just a queer nerd who makes animal noises when people scratch their head.

I forget these things. Seeing others talk about chirps and things in a healthy manner reminds me not to be ashamed of the things that make me happy.

Huh, I actually would be happier at work if I could make little 'rah'/chirp noises like I do at home. Sometimes I think I forget what implicit rules I'm obeying at work that are adding stress.

like sometimes I feel super depressed and little rahs make me smile. It's silly, but it helps.

In my time in London, I've paid between 480 and 650 a month and I've stayed in pretty nice places..
