I think pacifist!undyne is a bit of a silly boss because the game heavily educates you that you can avoid all bosses by sparing them and just withstanding what they throw at you.

but then I realised it's just a joke about Undyne saying you can't run away this time. And that undertale is less a game, but more a series of puns told through game format,
