I'm actually struggling to keep my head up at work, but I slept seven hours..
I think I'm gonna stop taking quetiapine, it seems to be really messing me up on this state. Like I've been on it four months, this is clearly not going away. :(
@edensaesthetic I found quetiapine really heavily sedates me. I get about 10hrs a day of actually awake. I'm coping because I'm part time.
@ananana I'm only on a tiny dose, so I'm surprised to feel this.
But that's good to hear it's not just me. I think I'm about that amount of time too
