I always had this problem, it can be really painful because for whatever reason I'm just peeling off my own flesh and it makes me bleed

Good evening, I'm Ed
I came here because no one is supposed to know me; indeed I'll try to talk openly about subjects that make me usually anxious in front of my friends and family.
I'm preparing my entrance in engineering school. I planned to work in IT a long time ago however teachers and all said I could try this through engineering.
I like sciences, math, videos games (though I don't play that much), some animes, YT videos, etc.
I usually don't like sport.
