as much as i love og bayonetta it is not an easy game to get into

i think i like it now that i've adjusted to the very abrupt shift in tone

it's kind of jarring at the beginning but they seem to be treating shit sort of seriously now which is a better look imo (even if it's not really the light-hearted comedy i signed up for)

specifically suicide, alcohol abuse, panic attacks, forced hospitalization, forced medication, and this might be a spoiler i guess but w/e, BPD

yeah it digs deep into rebecca's psyche on this one

i normally hate makeover shows because they tend to feel mean-spirited but this was so wholesome and good and all about helping people be their best selves not trying to turn them into someone they're not
