i work in a public space and have vague enough features that it's pretty interchangeable at least from strangers and it's always super awkward when someone tries to correct someone else

this is every turn i take in #bloodbowl

so far in #dbfz i'm really into yamcha (reminds me of rashid from SFV tbh), krillin (tiny people kicking ass is my aesthetic) and weirdly, majin buu as a way to shake things up (not at all my usual type of character/playstyle)

i want to love android 18 because usually with #fightinggames i gravitate towards the Girl Fighters™️ but something isn't quite clicking with her so far

i am several drinks in and fairly confident that story mode is way too damn easy because i should not be crushing these fights like this after drinking and forgetting to eat

I'm actually enjoying story mode tho like yeah it's mostly "run around and rescue everyone" but the map/turn order choices are a neat touch

(well that and i'm too lazy/easily distracted to practice anything)

(it probably won't go too badly actually, i never played fighting games growing up and i learned the ropes as an adult at arcade bars

give me a fightstick and a beer and i'm in my element which is why i'm a perpetual casual)

challenged a friend at #dbfz once he's off work and promptly started day drinking this is going to go EXTREMELY WELL

i honestly can't remember the last time i had a snow day this is great

i think i had one like....my sophomore(?) year of undergrad. so like 2011

anyway i'm very excited to do nothing

got distracted by the internet and now instead of making hot chocolate i'm cracking a noon shower beer because there are no rules during a snow day
