Does anyone else ever feel really guilty for not being--ambitious, I guess?
I always know I should climb career ladders, but when I think about doing it, I get really sad.

i feel this so hard
i think sometimes people's expectation is that if you aren't ambitious at work you aren't ambitious or interested in things at all, but those people need better work-life balance tbh
@ebeth This is how I feel, too. And I overwhelm *very* easily and have seen where it gets me in the past... Part of its wariness left over from those experiences, I think.
