@chebe Hence why I like LGBTinTech's one. It explicity says some things that corporate style #CoC wouldn't dare to put in.
I think a #CodeOfConduct could be use for *real* change, if you're willing to actually write that down and go along with it. CoC should be explicit, so why not explict about it all.
I'm an optimist about this. I know what would/does happen in reality. 🙁

i've been playing Sims Freeplay and Stardew Valley and i enjoy them, but i also note how centered they are around acquisition.
