There's a global #OpenStreetMap called State of the Map every year, and it's convention to call regional/national #OSM conferences "State of the Map [AREA]" / SotM. Eg annual US own conference is "SotM US", there was a "SotM LatAm" (Latin America), SotM Africa, SotM EU etc.
