What's a #GenderNeutral equivalent of "craftsmanship"?
I wanna write something which uses that term, but I'd prefer if it was #gender #neutral....

@Dimduning That's a good idea. For various reasons I wanted "craft" in the word there, but "artisinal" could work. If only it didn't sound like marketing nonsens now! :(
