What's a #GenderNeutral equivalent of "craftsmanship"?
I wanna write something which uses that term, but I'd prefer if it was #gender #neutral....

Not sure if it properly communicates the notion of being skilled at it, tho…
@phryk I want it as an adjective. "We support a high level of craftsmanship", so "vocation" doesn't really fit there.
