I feel emotionally rattled today. Slept very badly and only got about 3½ hrs of sleep. I'm weak and trembling a little. I also caught a cold and that always makes me miserable.
@distelfliege I'm starting to get better at least mentally and emotionally... physically, yeah, I know it will pass, it's just annoying that I can't sing or work out for a few days. Thank you.
@draco Deep breath. It's gonna fade away that bad feeling and the anxiety. Drink something hot like tea and take a break if possible. Rest and don't try to get everything done right away.
