okay I went there and I went into the arts and crafts store shortly but I feel too weak and sick-ish to enjoy looking at stuff anyway so I actually went out again without buying anything.

I need to go to the pharmacy to get stuff against my cough and I find out that the one that is still open is next to the arts + crafts store, lol

and I'm sorry for some who only came to it today, that I couldn't continue the discussion, sometimes it's just time to step away from a topic and do some introspection and reconnect to oneself.

it's too easy to get caught up in circles.

#painting is a spiritual process for me. we had this discussion about #internationalwomensday and when I started to paint this I didn't think it would come out related to the topic. what we talked about in the discussion is connected with a lot of pain and frustration for me.

when I was a kid I first heard the term "Niemandsland" (nobody's land) and I didn't know what it meant but I knew it was for me, it was this awesome land that no one owns. it was this mythic land that is for me.

today I still feel this strange inner connection to it, and when there's frustration for having no place there is also the thought that being outside is powerful and free.

it seems I'm livetooting the progress on this #painting
the colors and everything reminded me of a landscape in summer, so I added a frog and a tree.

#painting I pulled out a really old set of liquid watercolors (not the highest quality) and all the caps were breaking while opening the little tubes! I had to reseal the tubes with masking tape and I hope that this will work, because the colors themselves are still usable.
