and yesterday when I rode my bike to neukölln, there was a sign "cyclists, there were 35 traffic victims last year, have working lights and wear high visibility vests!"

yeah only that many motorists see us and still drive as if they don't care.

many of them were run over in daylight in summer by trucks.

ah yes, and the sign was next to a spot where they just ripped the bike lane open and had neglected to offer any alternative to cyclists. was pretty dangerous traffic there, a problem, if you wanted to go around it using the road..

so they are talking in german "frühstücksfernsehen" (tv) about the problems of electricity networks being unable to handle too many electric cars.

dear germany, you have to see:
the way to get a less destroyed world is not electric cars instead of fossile fueled cars. it is LESS cars and NO cars!

okay so this week is "core week" of my yoga program and I am already feeling it in my abs!
it feels goooood!

@sesam was ich nicht möchte, ist einfach pillen nehmen anstatt grundsätzlich meinen körper weniger zu belasten. aber ich war mal beim hno wegen den reflux problemen, und dort habe ich gelernt, dass es schon wichtig ist, gegen sodbrennen sofort etwas zu machen, also wirklich dann einen magensäureblocker zu nehmen, der das sodbrennen innerhalb kurzer zeit beseitigt.

also soll es für mich beides sein: mehr auf mich achten UND sofort was gegen sodbrennen machen.

ich glaub, ich lass zb. schon ne weile den kaffee weg. und ich hoffe du findest 1 für dich superen weg damit! (wills auch nicht mies reden)

@sesam und diese speziell basischen infos sind mir echt zuviele komische halbinformationen drin, die mir seltsam vorkommen. zb empfiehlt eine ein "basenbad", da legste dich in natronwasser. wo ich denke, wieso neutralisiere ich, auch noch absichtlich, den säureschutzmantel meiner haut? "entsäuert" das wirklich? das kommt mir gar nicht so gut vor..

wegen meinem stress-sodbrennen werde ich versuchen, stress zu reduzieren, und wenn meine packung pantoprazol alle ist, hole ich mir das wieder in der apotheke.
habe grad gelesen, es ist seit 2009 eh rezeptfrei!

@sesam ich glaub ich lasse das mit der basischen ernährung. ich hab jetzt einiges angeguckt dazu, und da ist mir zuviel aberglaube mit rein gemixt.

im prinzip fand ich den einen text, den ich dir gestern verlinkt habe, ganz gut, aber der sagt ja nichts anderes als viele andere ernährungsweisheiten, dass man halt viel obst + gemüse essen soll und vollwertig, und dass man schon alles essen kann, nur eben der anteil von fleisch/tierischem eiweiß nicht so hoch sein soll etc.

dafür brauch ich eigentlich kein "basisch" als schlagwort drangepappt, das ist ja grundsätzlich gut.
