double checking made clear that I DID add over 10000m of yarn to my stash last year. ooops.
a friend moving back to the US giving me a lot of yarn, a friend giving me 2000m of laceweight yarn and a few skeins I added to the ravelry notebook from before 2017, but in 2017, account for that.

I've put my #stash back into boxes and - it's a miracle - it takes up less space than before!
I'm downloading my stash as an excel sheet from #ravelry each january and this time, I think some things really don't compute for me.
my "used up" meterage rose by over 6000m.
my stash still increased by 3500m.
does that mean I have added nearly 10000m to it last year? that's hard to believe, it's next to impossible..

I have taken out my complete yarn stash and it's humongous. I swear I absolutely commit to a strict no-yarn-acquisitions-policy for 2018.
I will accept presents but I will not buy or take home from swaps etc etc.
today I don't procrastinate in front of the screen! and that is why I'm now taking out my.whole.yarn.and.fiber.stash (what a great instance name haha) and updating my #ravelry notebook. I'll post a picture!
