I'm a baker in an organic artisan bakery. our breadrolls are not as big and fluffy as the stuff that's stuffed with enzymes and emulgators from the food industry, but they are decent. ok, could be better, the mill we get flour from often has funny batches of flour.. lol

but whenever I get to taste food industry breadrolls lately, they tasted like cardboard. it's so awful! they have all the substances at hand to manipulate food, make it
have better consistency and what they are doing is selling people shit.

@cathal Mastodon uses the HTML alt-text and it's UI is way better than twitters' in my opinion.. if you post an image, the preview has a text field overlaying it saying "describe for the visually impaired". if you click on that, you can directly enter the alt-text.

@mcmoots @hummingrain I 'm afraid I don't know, I use Amaroq, an iOs client, and if I post an image, on the preview I see a text overlay "describe for the visually impaired". it looks the same in the browser version of mastodon. you can click on the image or tap your screen, and then you can directly enter the description!
