after you almost exclusively recommended "yoga with adriene" to me for free yoga programs on youtube or so, I've started her program "true" and it really started my practice again! yaaaay!
It's easy enough, not too long, and I can already feel my knee joints getting supported better because my leg muscles are trained again. I do cycle everyday but that's not enough apparently.
I had done next to nothing yoga-related in january and february.
and I started to feel the negative effects of that.

@distelfliege thanks for writing about it! I just checked her vids out and wow, there are many! I really enjoyed yoga, but ended at some point doing it and then I wanted to start again, but never find good videos on yt. So thanks for the recommendation!
