@naimoe I only read this now.. I try two work through it, sometimes I try to accept it, sometimes I try to distract myself from it. Eventually it goes away or the stuff gets resolved. I actually try not to put it into public social media. because I don't want people to know about my fears and sadnesses so they can't use the information against me.
so I don't try to stay positive online because I think negativity is bad.. rather I try to protect myself.

@distelfliege Thanks a lot for your answer! I also try to think about it on my own. Oftentimes I can find new perspectives, ideas or whatever and by this I “process” it and the pain goes away. And usually talking to others or at least writing it down helps with this. And then “processing it through my body”: Sports, physical strain. I guess as a kid I used art as well. But this is theory…
