i have this completely renewed fascination for this complicated (to make from scratch), but yummy #food!

so here I go making it from scratch with bechamel sauce and gouda cheese because gouda cheese is the standard cheese around here.

but I have some italian cheese for topping it when it goes into the oven!

interesting.. watching #hellskitchen always has this effect on me..
