The one thing that kept me from using mastoton more a few months back was my self-commitment to bilingual tooting. it became a chore.
as friends of mine who don't speak english aren't active on here any more, I just switched to english.
If I find myself in a discussion with fellow germans, we can always switch to german, especially if we make our replies private.
one person here just made a second account for tooting in german.
I follow ppl who toot in german, in english, in french (though I don't understand much french, lol) and that all feels fine for me.
how are you dealing with more-than-one-language-tooting?

@distelfliege Ja ich fand das beim mitlesen schon anstrengend, also die Vorstellung das jedes Mal übersetzen zu müssen deinerseits.
Es gibt halt einige Leute die selbst hauptsächlich deutsch tooten und hier kann ich dann auch deutsches zeug boosten und so.
Mal abwarten :)
