And I timed myself rolling some croissants. the french guy could make 40 in 3 minutes. 40 took me 3:41minutes, but I also filled them with a piece of dough and I think if I had just rolled them I could have done it in 3 minutes.

Habe gestoppt ob ich 40 Croissants in 3 minuten wickeln kann. Es hat 3:41 gedauert (genauso schnell wie Gordon Ramsay) aber ich hab die auch immer mit einem kl. Stück Teig gefüllt, ohne das hätte ich die 3 min vll. hingekriegt.
